Cancellation Policy

Policy 🩵 At Touchedbynanii , I value your time, and we're committed to providing you with exceptional service. To ensure fairness to both our clients and stylists, I have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Notification Requirement: I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client and adjust our stylists' schedules accordingly. 2. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the service price will be charged. This fee compensates your stylists for the lost time and potential revenue. 3. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (i.e., you miss your appointment without prior notice), you will be BANNED from booking. 4. Late Arrivals: Arriving late for your appointment may result in a shortened service or, in some cases, rescheduling. After 10 minutes I require a $25 late fee due before appointment starts. 15 mins or more appointment is cancelled. 5. Exceptions: I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of emergencies or unavoidable situations, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss potential exceptions to this policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
